I'm Shouaib. I live with diabetes, lift, and coach—so every plan I create respects blood sugar, energy, and real life. This page is here to help you train safely and confidently.
My story with diabetes
Why I care so much about making training accessible for people with diabetes.
Living with diabetes means thinking about food, blood sugar, stress, and training differently. I've had to learn how to lift, do cardio, and adjust nutrition around medication, fasted periods, and energy swings.
The good news: you can get stronger, leaner, and fitter with diabetes. You just need a plan that respects your body and gives you structure without being extreme.
How I coach people with diabetes
Principles I use when designing programs and recommendations.
Blood sugar aware training
Sessions are built so you can time carbs/insulin or medication around them. We focus on sustainable intensity, not random punishment workouts.
Flexible around real life
Work, family, fasting periods, and appointments are real. Plans are written so you can move sessions, swap exercises, and still stay on track.
Clear communication
You always know what the goal of the week is, how hard you should push, and how to adjust if blood sugar is higher or lower than expected.
Where to start if you have diabetes
Pick the path that matches your confidence and experience level.
Guided programs
If you feel comfortable training on your own but want structure, start with a program. Some programs are designed to be more diabetes‑friendly.

If you want direct support adjusting around meds, fasting, or complex cases, 1‑on‑1 is best. We’ll look at your context and build from there.
