Started training seriously. I wanted to get stronger and build habits that would stick. No fancy setup—just consistency and learning the basics of resistance training and nutrition.

I was diagnosed with diabetes. That changed how I had to think about food, energy, and training. Instead of seeing it as a limit, I dug into how to train and eat in a way that works with blood sugar and real life.

Competed in my first competition. It was a milestone—proof that with structure and patience you can hit goals even when life throws curveballs. The prep taught me a lot about programming and mindset.

Focused on power building and built a flexible diet approach that works with diabetes and busy schedules. I started creating programs and nutrition frameworks for others—structured but adaptable.
